Warm up February with our Chef’s hand-crafted features, blending comfort food classics with bold, modern flavors. Begin your meal with Flash Fried Brussels Sprouts, lightly crisped and finished with a sweet balsamic drizzle, or enjoy golden Spring Rolls served with a vibrant Thai chili sauce.

For entrées, savor our City Chicken, a comforting favorite served with rich gravy and creamy mashed potatoes, or try the Southwest Chicken Rice Bowl featuring Cajun-spiced chicken, rice pilaf, black bean and corn salsa, mixed cheeses, scallions, and tortilla chips. Seafood lovers will enjoy the Pistachio Crusted Salmon, grilled and oven-finished with crushed pistachios, cashews, and a smooth Frangelico glaze, served with two sides.

For lighter fare, our Chef Salad offers fresh greens topped with sliced ham, roasted turkey, vegetables, eggs, and a blend of cheeses. Finish with the Italiano Flatbread, layered with white sauce, savory Italian meats, melted pizza cheese, and topped with fresh arugula, tomatoes, onions, and black olives tossed in seasoned olive oil.
